300g spaghetti

300g ground beef

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon red chili flakes (adjust to taste)

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced

3 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon cooking oil (for sautéing)


Instructions

1. Boil salted water and cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.

3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.

4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and chili flakes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.

5. Add spaghetti to the pan. Toss until well coated in sauce. Add pasta water if needed.
