Ingredients
1 wheel Brie cheese (double or triple cream)
3 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
1 teaspoon olive oil (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place the Brie in a small oven-safe dish.
2. Lightly score the top rind of the Brie with a sharp knife to help it open up while baking.
3. Bake the Brie for 12–15 minutes, until soft in the center but not completely collapsed.
4. Remove from the oven and carefully transfer to a serving platter.
5. Immediately drizzle with honey while still hot.
6. Scatter the pomegranate seeds over the top so they stick to the honey.
7. Optionally, garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
8. Serve warm with crackers, bread slices, or fresh fruit.
Notes
For best texture, don’t overbake the Brie — keep it soft, not runny.
Add chopped toasted nuts like pecans for crunch and depth.
Try a drizzle of balsamic glaze for a sweet-savory twist.
