Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
2. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil. Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Coat evenly.
3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake for 25 minutes. Flip and bake for another 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
4. Let rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
Notes
For maximum crispiness, don’t skip drying the wings thoroughly before seasoning.
A wire rack allows airflow around the wings and helps crisp the skin evenly.
Add more cayenne or your favorite hot sauce if you want extra spicy wings.
