This easy recipe is refreshing, nourishing, and totally Instagram-worthy.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen bananas

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt

1/3 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/4 cup fresh blueberries

34 lemon slices

2 tablespoons granola

1 tablespoon coconut flakes

Edible flowers (optional)

Instructions

1. Peel and slice ripe bananas, then freeze them in advance. Gather all ingredients.

2. In a high-speed blender, combine frozen bananas, blueberries, lemon juice, yogurt, and almond milk.

3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape sides as needed.

4. Adjust the thickness by adding more almond milk or a few ice cubes.

5. Pour smoothie into a bowl and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.

6. Decorate with blueberries, lemon slices, granola, coconut, and edible flowers.

7. Serve immediately while cold and creamy.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for a thick texture without needing ice.

Taste before adding sweetener; the fruit may be sweet enough.

Don’t over-blend or it may become too runny.
