Ingredients
340g bowtie pasta (farfalle)
450g ground beef
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook bowtie pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart. Drain excess fat.
3. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the beef and stir well. Let it cook for 2–3 more minutes to develop flavor.
4. In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Pour in heavy cream, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
6. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses gradually, stirring until melted and smooth.
7. Toss the cooked pasta into the cheese sauce, coating well. Add beef on top or mix it in based on preference.
8. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and chopped parsley for garnish. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Use freshly grated cheeses for the smoothest, creamiest sauce.
Adjust the Cajun seasoning to suit your spice preference — it can get bold!
To reheat, add a splash of cream or milk to bring the sauce back to life.
