Ingredients

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or lightly grease each cup.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Combine wet with dry ingredients. Do not overmix.
4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl.
5. Add a tablespoon of batter to each muffin cup, then a teaspoon of cinnamon mixture. Repeat layers. Swirl gently with a toothpick.
6. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool muffins for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
8. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to form glaze. Drizzle over warm muffins.
