Ingredients
400g spaghetti or bucatini
450g ground beef
1 cup heavy cream
120g cream cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
2. Stir in chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened and fragrant.
3. Season beef mixture with Cajun seasoning. Mix well to coat the meat evenly.
4. In a large pot, boil salted water and cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
5. Lower the heat under the beef skillet. Add heavy cream and cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
6. Add parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. Stir gently until melted into a rich sauce.
7. Add cooked pasta into the sauce, tossing to coat. Add a bit of pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
8. Let everything simmer for 1–2 minutes to bring the flavors together.
9. Sprinkle chili flakes and chopped parsley on top.
10. Serve hot and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Use freshly grated cheese for a smoother melt and better flavor.
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream and reduce cheese quantities.
Adjust the Cajun seasoning to your spice preference; add more for a bolder kick!
