Ingredients
4 large croissants
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk or cream
6 slices bacon
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter
To taste salt

Instructions
1. Lay bacon strips in a cold skillet and cook over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
2. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk or cream, salt, and pepper.
3. Melt butter in a skillet over low heat and gently scramble the eggs until soft and fluffy.
4. Slice croissants in half and toast cut-side down until lightly golden.
5. Assemble by layering scrambled eggs on the bottom half of each croissant, top with cheddar slices and crispy bacon.
