Ingredients
4 lobster tails (5 to 6 oz each)
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves minced
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste
lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
1. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the meat upward, resting it on top of the shell while keeping it attached at the base.
2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let simmer for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture, making sure some of it drips into the shell for added moisture and flavor.
4. Preheat your oven’s broiler. Broil the lobster tails 5 to 6 inches from the heat for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly golden on top. Baste halfway through with more garlic butter.
5. Serve immediately with extra garlic butter on the side and lemon wedges. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
