Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast
12 oz rotini pasta
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
1 ½ cups heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and half of the ranch seasoning.
2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and add olive oil. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook rotini pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and remaining ranch seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.
5. Return chicken and pasta to the skillet. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Add reserved pasta water as needed for creaminess.
6. Toss everything together until well coated. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
