Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/3 cup honey

4 garlic cloves minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

1 teaspoon dried parsley or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Lightly coat with cornstarch.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. Lower heat and add garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 30 seconds.

4. Add honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

5. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over top, and simmer for 2 more minutes.

6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley before serving.

Notes
