Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 small yellow onion, diced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough

3 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.

2. Roll out dough onto a floured surface. If using crescent dough, pinch seams to form a single sheet.

3. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

4. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the cheese.

5. Roll the dough into a log from the long side and slice into 1.5 to 2 inch pieces.

6. Place rollups on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

8. While baking, melt butter with minced garlic and parsley.

9. Brush rollups with garlic butter immediately after removing from oven.
