4 sprigs fresh thyme
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Crackers or toasted baguette, for serving
Instructions

2. Place the block of feta in the center of the dish. Surround it with cherry tomatoes and olives.
3. Sprinkle minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and fresh thyme over the feta and vegetables.
4. Drizzle olive oil evenly over everything, ensuring the feta is fully coated.
5. Bake for 22-25 minutes until tomatoes are blistered and the feta is golden around the edges.
6. Serve immediately with toasted baguette or crackers.
Notes
Use only block-style feta packed in brine for best results.
Add extra olives or roasted red peppers for more variety.
Leftovers reheat well in the oven and make a great sandwich spread.
