Description

These Mini Charcuterie Cups are the ultimate solution for quick appetizers, elegant presentation, and easy hosting. Perfect for parties, potlucks, baby showers, and holiday gatherings, they combine everything you love about a traditional charcuterie board into a fun, single-serve cup. Featuring bold cheeses, savory meats, fresh grapes, crunchy nuts, and crisp crackers, this easy recipe is portable, customizable, and totally stress-free—perfect for quick party food, snack ideas, or creative appetizer spreads.

Ingredients

6 oz cheddar cheese, cubed

16 slices salami, folded

1 cup red grapes

1 cup green grapes

1/2 cup candied pecans

24 mini crackers or crostini

1/4 cup soft cheese (optional, like goat cheese or Boursin)

8 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme

8 small skewers or toothpicks

Instructions

1. Cut cheese into small cubes and fold salami slices. Wash and dry grapes thoroughly.

2. If using soft cheese, place a small dollop at the base of each clear plastic cup.

3. Add 2-3 crackers to the bottom of each cup for a crunchy base.

4. Layer in the folded salami, cheese cubes, and both red and green grapes.

5. Top with a few candied pecans for sweetness and crunch.

6. Tuck in a sprig of rosemary or thyme for a fresh, aromatic finish.

7. Secure some ingredients with a skewer to keep the presentation tidy.

8. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 6 hours (add crackers last to avoid sogginess).

Notes

Choose a variety of textures: creamy cheese, crunchy nuts, and juicy grapes for the best bite.

Don’t overfill the cups—leave a little space at the top so ingredients don’t spill out.

Use chilled ingredients and store in the fridge until just before serving for best freshness.
