Description

Fall in love with the rich, creamy layers of this Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu — a no-bake, crowd-pleasing twist on a classic Italian dessert. Made with espresso-dipped ladyfingers, luscious mascarpone, and a silky pumpkin spice cream, this treat is perfect for quick desserts, easy dinner party finales, or cozy fall baking ideas. Whether you’re hunting for easy recipes, festive food ideas, or delicious holiday desserts, this Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu will satisfy every sweet tooth.

Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 ounces mascarpone cheese

1 1/2 cups brewed espresso or strong coffee

24 ladyfingers (Savoiardi)

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Whip the heavy cream in a large mixing bowl until soft peaks form.

2. In another bowl, mix mascarpone, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.

3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mascarpone mixture until fully combined.

4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso on both sides — do not oversoak.

5. Line the bottom of a 9×13 dish with half of the dipped ladyfingers.

6. Spread half of the pumpkin cream mixture evenly over the ladyfingers.

7. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers, then the remaining cream.

8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for best results.

9. Before serving, dust the top generously with cocoa powder.

Notes

Use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling, for the best taste and texture.

Chill overnight for the most flavorful, set layers.

To make this dessert alcohol-friendly, add 1–2 tablespoons of dark rum or coffee liqueur to the espresso.
