Ingredients

340g smoked sausage, sliced

3 cups green cabbage, chopped

2 cups purple cabbage, chopped

1 red bell pepper, sliced

4 green onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add sliced sausage in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

4. Add green cabbage, purple cabbage, and red bell pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 7–8 minutes until vegetables begin to caramelize.

5. Return the sausage to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

6. Stir everything together and cook for another 2–3 minutes to let the flavors meld.

7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
