Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter (softened)

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Place 1 cup of unsalted butter into a mixing bowl. It should be soft enough to press easily with a spoon, but not melted.

2. Add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and 1/4 cup of honey to the butter.

3. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and add 1/8 teaspoon of salt. If using salted butter, omit the added salt.

4. Beat everything on medium-high speed for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is light, fluffy, and spreadable.

5. Taste and adjust cinnamon or sweetness if needed, then whip again for 30 seconds.

6. Transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.

Notes

Always start with room temperature butter for best whipping results.

For vegan variation, use plant-based butter but ensure it whips properly.

Store in fridge up to 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months in portions.
