1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper

2. In a medium bowl, mix 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 1/4 cup mayonnaise until smooth.
3. Stir in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
4. Fold in most of the crumbled bacon and 2 tbsp chopped chives, reserving some for garnish.
5. Transfer to a bowl and top with reserved bacon and chives. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
