Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

8 ounces white chocolate
½ teaspoon red gel food coloring
Instructions
1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Bake in a springform pan at 325°F (160°C) for 40–45 minutes. Cool and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
2. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, vanilla, food coloring, buttermilk, and vinegar. Mix with flour, cocoa, baking soda. Divide into 2 pans and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes. Cool completely.
3. Beat cream cheese, heavy cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
4. Layer red velvet cake, frosting, cheesecake, more frosting, and final cake layer. Frost the outside smoothly.
5. Melt white chocolate with ¼ cup cream. Stir in red gel coloring and let cool slightly. Drip over the edges of the frosted cake.
6. Pipe swirls of frosting on top. Add whole Oreos and sprinkle red velvet crumbs for garnish.
