Ingredients

5 large eggs, separated

1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup fresh strawberries (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Separate egg whites and yolks. Beat whites to stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, beat yolks with sugar until pale.
