Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/2 cup granola

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

4 fresh mint leaves (optional)


Instructions

1. Wash and dry the berries. If using strawberries, slice them into smaller pieces.

2. Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of a mason jar or glass.

3. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.

4. Sprinkle granola evenly over the berries.

5. Repeat the layers if space allows, finishing with granola and a few berries on top.

6. Drizzle honey or maple syrup if desired.

7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes

For crunchier texture, add granola just before serving.
