Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup chopped pickles
4 large flour tortillas
1/3 cup burger sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
2. If making homemade sauce: mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, chopped pickles, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
3. Spread sauce in the center of each tortilla. Add beef, cheese, lettuce, and more sauce.
4. Fold tortillas tightly. Grill seam-side down in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden.
5. Slice in half and serve hot while cheese is melty and the wrap is crisp.
Notes
For best results, use freshly shredded lettuce just before assembling to keep the crunch.
Use a nonstick skillet or lightly oiled pan to get a perfect golden crust on the wrap.
Customize your wrap with extras like bacon, jalapeños, or even a slice of tomato for added flavor.
