Description

Boursin Baked Salmon is a quick dinner idea that brings restaurant-level flavor to your kitchen. This easy recipe features flaky salmon topped with a creamy garlic and herb Boursin cheese crust, baked to perfection in under 30 minutes. It’s one of those healthy dinner ideas that’s rich in flavor yet simple to make. Perfect for a low-carb, gluten-free dinner or when you need foolproof food ideas that feel fancy but are actually effortless.

Ingredients

4 6-ounce salmon fillets

5.2 ounces Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or oil.

2. Place salmon fillets on the sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

3. In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley.

4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each fillet.

5. Bake for 13–15 minutes until the topping is golden and salmon flakes easily.

6. Serve hot with garnish of extra parsley or rosemary, if desired.

Notes

Use fresh salmon for best flavor, but thawed frozen fillets also work.

Try different Boursin flavors like Shallot & Chive for variation.

Avoid overbaking—salmon should flake, not dry out.
