Ingredients
8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup powdered keto sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions
1. Add the softened cream cheese and softened butter to a mixing bowl.
2. Beat until smooth, fluffy, and fully combined.
3. Add the powdered keto sweetener, vanilla extract, and fine sea salt.
4. Beat again until creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
5. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 20 to 30 minutes, until firm enough to scoop.
6. Scoop into 16 small portions and roll into balls.
7. Place the fat bombs on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
8. Dust lightly with unsweetened cocoa powder.
9. Refrigerate until firm, then store in an airtight container.
