Description

Make every dinner feel special with this quick, creamy, and satisfying pasta! Creamy Tortellini Shrimp Alfredo Delight is a luxurious meal loaded with cheese-filled tortellini, sautéed shrimp, and a velvety garlic parmesan Alfredo sauce. It’s the perfect choice for quick weeknight dinners, easy entertaining, or elegant comfort food cravings. Ideal for anyone searching for quick dinner recipes, easy pasta dishes, seafood pasta ideas, or family-friendly food ideas.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

9 ounces cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)

1 cup heavy cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup fresh spinach (optional)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and lightly seared. Remove and set aside.

2. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the same skillet and let it melt. Stir in the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese and cook 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.

4. Meanwhile, cook tortellini in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

5. Add the cooked tortellini and spinach (if using) to the sauce, stirring gently to coat.

6. Return shrimp to the skillet and cook another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.

7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil or parsley and a sprinkle of cracked black pepper.

Notes

Use fresh parmesan for the best flavor and melt-in texture.

Don’t overcook the shrimp—just 1-2 minutes per side is enough.

For extra flavor, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the Alfredo sauce.
