Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups milk
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Nutella
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1 banana, sliced
2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
1. In a blender, combine flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Blend until smooth. Let rest for at least 20 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
2. Heat a nonstick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat and lightly grease. Pour 1/4 cup of batter and swirl to coat the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds.
3. Spread Nutella on one half of each crepe. Add sliced strawberries and bananas. Fold in half, then fold into a triangle.
4. Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with more Nutella if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Let the batter rest — this gives your crepes the best texture.
Use a blender for lump-free, smooth batter every time.
Keep crepes warm by stacking them under foil while you cook the rest.
