Dreamy Creamy Tuscan Ravioli is a rich, comforting easy recipe that turns a simple pasta dinner into one of your favorite dinner ideas. Pillowy ravioli is coated in a silky garlic Parmesan cream sauce with spinach and cherry tomatoes for a cozy, satisfying meal that feels special enough for guests but easy enough for busy weeknights. It is perfect when you need quick dinner inspiration, easy dinner options, food ideas for family meals, or a comforting homemade dish that tastes restaurant worthy without a lot of work.

Ingredients

9 ounces cheese ravioli

1 tablespoon butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups baby spinach

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to the package directions until just tender. Drain carefully and set aside.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth.

5. Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

6. Let the sauce simmer gently for 3 to 4 minutes.

7. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

8. Add the baby spinach and cherry tomatoes.

9. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften slightly.

10. Gently fold in the cooked ravioli and coat it in the sauce.

11. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until everything is warmed through.

12. Top with fresh basil and extra Parmesan if desired, then serve immediately.

Notes

Use refrigerated ravioli for the best tender texture and quickest cook time.

Do not boil the ravioli too long or it may break apart when mixed into the sauce.

Add a small splash of broth or cream when reheating leftovers to bring the sauce back to a silky consistency.
