Ingredients
1 pound breakfast sausage
2 cups pancake mix

1/3 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter or cooking spray for greasing
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Add the pancake mix, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to a large bowl and stir to combine.
3. Add the breakfast sausage and shredded cheddar cheese, then mix until the sausage is evenly broken up.

Notes

For freezing, bake and cool completely, then freeze in a single layer before transferring to a freezer bag.
