Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup all-purpose flour

5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 cup capers, drained
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 lemon, sliced for garnish
Instructions
1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
2. In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Lightly coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture and shake off the excess.
4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for about 2 minutes per side until lightly golden.

11. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and chopped parsley.
12. Return the chicken to the sauce, spoon the sauce over the top, and garnish with lemon slices before serving.
