Instructions
1. Pat the chicken thighs dry and place them in an even layer in the crock pot.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, low-sodium soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
3. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and turn the pieces gently to coat.

5. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl until smooth.

For chicken breasts, check early so they do not overcook or become dry.
