1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

3/4 cup whole milk

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, for topping

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and salt.

3. Add the cold cubed butter and cut it into the flour mixture until coarse crumbs form.
