Ingredients

6 large eggs

1/2 cup whole milk

1/2 cup half-and-half

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 green onions, thinly sliced

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon olive oil or cooking spray for greasing


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil or cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth and fully combined.

3. Add the whole milk, half-and-half, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, then whisk again until creamy.

4. Stir in the feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, and fresh basil.

5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish and spread it evenly.

6. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes over the top, cut side up when possible.
