Description

Pumpkin Cold Foam is a quick breakfast coffee upgrade that turns cold brew, iced coffee, or an iced latte into a creamy fall drink in minutes. Made with pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice, this easy recipe is perfect for breakfast ideas, brunch drinks, healthy snack moments, cozy food ideas, and simple homemade coffee treats.

Ingredients

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons whole milk

1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 pinch fine sea salt

2 cups cold brew or iced coffee

1 cup ice

1 pinch ground cinnamon, optional for topping

Instructions

1. Fill two glasses with ice and pour 1 cup cold brew or iced coffee into each glass, leaving space at the top for the foam.

2. Add the heavy cream, whole milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and sea salt to a small jar or frothing cup.

3. Froth the mixture for 20 to 30 seconds, until it becomes creamy, airy, and thick enough to float.

4. Taste the foam and adjust with a little more maple syrup for sweetness or a splash of milk if it feels too thick.

5. Spoon or slowly pour the Pumpkin Cold Foam over the iced coffee.

6. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Use cold cream and cold milk for the thickest, smoothest foam.

Plain pumpkin puree works best; avoid pumpkin pie filling unless you reduce the sweetener.

For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream or oat creamer with oat milk.
