Ingredients
4 cups green beans
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/3 cups French fried onions (divided)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 1.5-quart casserole dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper until smooth.
3. Fold in green beans and 2/3 cup of the French fried onions.
4. Pour into the prepared dish and bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
5. Remove from oven, stir, then top with remaining 2/3 cup fried onions.
6. Return to oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
You can use fresh, canned, or frozen green beans—just be sure to blanch fresh ones.
