Ingredients

227g cream cheese

120g sour cream

60g mayonnaise

150g shredded mozzarella cheese

50g grated Parmesan cheese

2 garlic cloves, minced

300g frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 can (400g) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

salt, to taste

black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in a little oil or butter for 30 seconds until fragrant.

2. Add cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.

3. Mix in thawed spinach and chopped artichoke hearts until evenly combined.

4. Stir in shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly.

5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

6. Serve warm in a bread bowl or with toasted bread, chips, or vegetables.

Notes

Use fresh spinach if preferred—cook it down and squeeze out moisture before adding.

Make it spicy by adding red pepper flakes or chopped jalapeños during the garlic sauté.

You can reheat leftovers on low heat, stirring to maintain the creamy texture.
