2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4. In a bowl, combine sautéed mixture with cream cheese, parmesan, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Stuff mushroom caps generously with the cheese mixture, pressing slightly to secure.
6. Arrange stuffed mushrooms on the baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
7. Bake for 20 minutes until tops are golden and bubbly.
8. Garnish with extra herbs or parmesan before serving warm.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
For extra crunch, broil the mushrooms for 1–2 minutes at the end.
Add chili flakes for a spicy twist.
