Ingredients
1 prepared 9-inch pie crust
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup crushed pretzels
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and place the prepared pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Stir in the chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, crushed pretzels, graham cracker crumbs, and salt.
4. Spoon the filling into the pie crust and spread it evenly.
5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the center is mostly set.
6. Cool the pie on a wire rack for 1 to 2 hours before slicing and serving.
Notes
Let the pie cool fully before slicing so the filling sets properly.
For cleaner slices, chill the pie for 30 minutes after cooling.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra indulgent finish.
