Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons ketchup. Stir until smooth and fully blended.

2. Add 1 tablespoon of sweet pickle relish and 1 teaspoon white vinegar to the bowl. Mix well.

3. Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika. Stir thoroughly to combine.

4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and adjust vinegar or ketchup for tang or sweetness.

5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
