Description

This Ultimate Chip Charcuterie Board is a quick party snack loaded with tortilla chips, potato chips, creamy dips, fresh toppings, and bold flavors that make every bite fun. It is an easy recipe for entertaining, perfect for game day, movie night, appetizer tables, snack boards, and casual food ideas when you need quick appetizer ideas that look impressive without much work.

Ingredients

8 cups tortilla chips

4 cups kettle potato chips

4 cups sweet potato chips

1 cup guacamole

1 cup sour cream

1 cup chunky salsa

1 cup pico de gallo

1 cup black olives

1 cup sliced jalapeños

2 cups cherry tomatoes

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sliced green onions

1 cup refried beans or bean dip

Instructions

1. Gather a large serving board or platter and 6 to 8 small bowls for dips and toppings.

2. Spoon the guacamole, sour cream, salsa, pico de gallo, olives, jalapeños, and bean dip into separate bowls.

3. Wash and prep the cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and green onions.

4. Arrange the bowls across the board, spacing them evenly so every area has a dip or topping nearby.

5. Add the tortilla chips, kettle chips, and sweet potato chips in large clusters around the bowls.

6. Fill the open spaces with the cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions.

7. Adjust the layout so the colors are balanced and the board looks full from edge to edge.

8. Serve immediately for the best crunch, or chill the dips and toppings separately until ready to assemble.

Notes

Use sturdy chips so they hold up well with thicker dips and toppings.

Keep wet ingredients in bowls to prevent the chips from getting soggy too quickly.

Assemble the chips right before serving for the freshest texture and best presentation.
