Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chocolate spread or chocolate ganache
1/3 cup pink and red heart candies

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
2. Beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until creamy.
3. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix just until a soft dough forms.
6. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
7. Press two-thirds of the dough into the prepared skillet.

Notes
For the gooey center, remove the skillet cookie when the middle still looks slightly soft because it will continue to set as it cools.
